ASSESS Progress combines an on-line review and coaching system.
Our notes tracker, allows leaders and their direct reports to access an efficient on-line rating system at any time and type in coaching moments, notes, etc. Performance reviews become an on-going, collaborative process.
The employee,the leader, the manager once-removed (approver) and the administrator all play a key role in this process.
